The set-up costs are a lot lower for digital products and we can print smaller volumes.

FAQ’S
Frequently Asked Questions
What sort of quantities do I need to order?
For digital waterslides with our normal varnish – minimum of 100 sheets.
For digital waterslides with out peelable varnish – minimum of 1 sheet.
For vinyl transfers – minimum of 4.
How do I apply Waterslide Transfers?
Immerse the transfer in luke-warm water for 30 seconds to a couple of minutes. It’s normal for the transfer to curl during this process.
Remove the transfer from the water and leave it for a short while to allow the moisture to soften the adhesive. This will help the transfer separate from the backing paper. During this time, the transfer and backing will flatten out again. Wait until the transfer slides easily on the backing paper by gently nudging it with your finger.
Now that the transfer is sliding on the backing paper, gently ease the design so that it slightly overhangs the edge of the backing. Then, position it by carefully sliding the backing paper out from between the transfer and the workpiece. If a corner becomes tucked underneath, it can be teased out using a fine sewing needle – take care not to puncture the transfer.
Position and eliminate air bubbles by gently brushing over with an artist’s paintbrush (available on our website) or with the moistened side of your little finger. Check again after 10-15 minutes and repeat the process if necessary.
Allow 24 hours for the transfer to fully dry, then clean off any dried gum on the transfer or workpiece.
If you are applying our peelable varnish version, you can peel off the varnish layer after 24 hours.
How do I apply Vinyl Decals?
We offer vinyl decals in two options for ease of use. Some are thicker and can be peeled off and applied directly, while others come with application tape for precise positioning. Both types are designed to stick smoothly and give a clean, professional finish every time.
Do you supply companies?
Yes, we specialise in supplying the commercial and industrial sectors. Whether you need bulk orders or customised solutions, we provide high quality transfers and decals tailored to meet the demands of professional use.
What if I have a small, one-off project??
Our digital vinyl decals are perfect for this. If you’d like digital waterslides, we can sometimes look to combine multiple jobs onto the same sheets and cut them done to reduce costs for our customers. Please get in touch with us to see how we can help.
