What if I don’t have any artwork?
That’s no problem at all. Our design team can work from a sketch, an idea, or even a photo of an existing product. We’ll help you create or refine the artwork and prepare it for printing, making sure it fits perfectly with your intended product and finish.
Do you charge a design fee?
Small adjustments such as resizing or simple layout tweaks, are usually free.
If your project requires full artwork creation, redrawing, or complex editing, we’ll provide a clear, upfront quote before we begin so there are no surprises.
How long will it take?
We’ll always do our best to fit your artwork and print schedule within your timescales. Smaller jobs are often turned around very quickly, while larger or more complex designs may take a little longer but we’ll confirm realistic dates before starting and keep you updated throughout.
What if i’m not happy with the design?
We’ll always send proofs for your approval before printing, so you can request changes if needed. Nothing goes to print until you’re completely satisfied with the layout, colours, and finish.
What file formats do you accept?
We can work with most formats, including AI, PDF, EPS, SVG, and high-resolution PNG/JPEG files.
Vector files are preferred as they ensure sharper, cleaner printing, but we can help recreate or convert other formats if needed.
Can you help me choose between digital and screen printing?
Absolutely. Each method has its strengths. Screen printing offers rich metallics and traditional finishes, while digital printing is ideal for detailed or full-colour designs. We’ll recommend the best process for your design, quantity, and surface.
Do you keep my artwork on file for future orders?
Yes, once we’ve produced your transfer, we securely store your artwork and print settings. This means reordering or making small updates later is quick and straightforward.
